It’s 5th of July now, so happy belated 4th of July to you all, my American friends.
Summer time is definetely here and there are a lot of cool things going on around town.
So now I sit here with a decision.
Will I go out and eat my funnel cake at the amusement park?
Or work on my strategic plan to create a funnel where I can help thousands of people who are in the same place I used to be.
I think that this year it’s really important for me to work on the latter.
You see, I used to be miserable at a job that had a salary cap and I knew i was doing way more work then the amount I was getting paid as an engineer.
I also knew that in the deepest depths of my heart, I was just in the wrong place.
It wasn’t meant to be.
So I made a decision that I would find something that would change my life and be the entrepreneur I always dreamed of being.
I aksed the universe so many times that it actually gave me more then one option.
First thing I finally opened my eyes to (but intuitively knew) was that I was very interested in health. Some sort of physical activity to be more specific.
Low and behold Bikram Yoga came into my life.
Fantastic.
Around that time of my career transition, I also warmed up to the world of network marketing.
Now, I didn’t know a thing about network marketing when I started.
All I knew was the old pyramid scams that used to happen because I actually fell for one back in early 2000.
This opportunity was legitimate.
I didn’t last very long though.
I couldn’t bring myself to ask my hairdresser to buy the products and join my team.
ARGH, how frustrating it was because no one taught someone like me who was a complete newbie how to market in this type of business.
There are strategies, did you know?
I didn’t.
It was definetely exciting when I joined that first day. LOL.
So basically, I had a monthly bill adding up and maybe 1.5% of my bill was paid for by the people who I did enroll (my residual check).
Well, I didn’t stay there too long. Got frustrated and the products were piling up.
I stopped my autoship and gave up on it.
Well, that didn’t last long.
I think because I asked so many times, another opportunity was put in front of me and I loved it.
It’s was like deja vu.
This time I met LInda Proctor (Bob Proctor from the secrets) wife and a lot of other people in my area.
The products were fantastic. It helped my eczema a lot. Fast results in little time. I was sold.
But.
I didn’t want to make the same mistakes I made before.
I knew that network marketing was a way to create a freedom i’ve always dreamed of alongside of my teaching yoga (and now very soon having my very own studio).
You see, there is NO cap for a salary in network marketing. There are a few things that need to be done as far as changing my lifestyle but why wouldn’t I do that if it meant freedom?
I still see lots of people battling this transition. I do some days, I won’t lie.
Well, anyways I hopped online, waited a little bit, did my research on some people and knew I was onto something huge when I discovered social media or Web 2.0, whatever you want to call it.
I admit, I took my sweet time with it because I purchased something last year. It was actually this time last year and it put me out over 10 grand, which was paid for by Visa and Mastercard. A hasty decision on my part.
Tsk tsk, I should’ve known better. The credit card companies had me in shackles. Horrible.
Now I don’t have money like that to waste but I was so sure I could do something with my new 10 grand ’system’.
All I got was the lousy t-shirt, a binder and stuff online that I barely see unless I sign in. But I did get the best lesson ever.
Do my due diligence.
So I waited for almost 6 months.
I think my research was complete.
One thing I also learned was that some of the people who want to ‘help’ don’t really want to help at all.
I found someone who genuinely wanted to help.
I put my trust in her and put my ego aside.
Took a little bit of time, some faith and trust and today I find myself successful.
All because I perservered.
Bulldog determination.
Now, back to my funnel cake.
Here is my point, lol and I sometimes go off on a tangent but always bring it back full circle.
I took the time, I did a lot of work, and I jumped through a lot of hurdles going beyond my comfort zone.
I am so proud to say that I did make my first HUGE sale which made me more money in one day then a lot of people see in a months time.
If I can do it, anyone can and I have to say, it’s all because of my mentors who never gave up on me.
I’d love to guide someone in the same way and see them grow as a person but thats not my decision.
Whoever’s ready will come. Buy a new pair of running shoes if you’re going to run with me. You’re going to need them.
Summer funnel cake will have to wait because i’m more interested in creating a funnel for people who are looking for a way to succeed just like me.
Learn today and be at a place you’ve never even dreamed come September. It’s fantastic. I’ll be passing on the funnel cake. Rather work on my marketing funnel ;).

This IS Starlink Nation. Starlink stands for systematic training and reciprocity leveraging intuitive networking knowledge. Say that slowly until you really get it and tell me it doesn’t tickle your bones.
You already know all this stuff as I do, so why aren’t you doing it?
Average people using the law of reciprocity to do amazing things.
Now thats Cool and very hard to find in this industry!
But i’ve found it and i’m home.
I heard on one of my Starlink cd’s I was listening to today that you know you’re in the right place even though you’ve never been there before but it feels familiar and it feels like you’ve been there before and man do I ever!
Thank you Starlink and Joe Schroeder.
